Permitted use
You may view the site and share ordinary links to public pages. You may not scrape, mirror, frame, sell, repost, train a commercial dataset on, redistribute, or present Film Grain Brain logos, software, copy, screenshots, posters, or other protected material as your own without written permission or a separate license.
Product downloads and software use are governed by the applicable product terms. Client and partner work may have additional rights holders or restrictions.
Copyright concerns
If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, send a detailed notice to contact@filmgrainbrain.com. A useful notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the specific material and its location, provide your contact information, include a good-faith statement, confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and include your physical or electronic signature.
Do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed to review the report. The studio may forward a notice or relevant details when the law requires it or when necessary to investigate.
DMCA process status
This site does not currently provide a public user-upload platform. Film Grain Brain LLC accepts copyright concerns at contact@filmgrainbrain.com and will review them as appropriate.
