Refund Policy

The short version

Software purchases from Film Grain Brain LLC have a 14-day refund path unless a product page says otherwise.

How to request a refund

Email contact@filmgrainbrain.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the product name, order email, purchase date, and a short note about what went wrong.

If the purchase was handled by a hosted checkout provider, the refund may be processed through that provider and may also be subject to that provider's dispute and fraud-prevention rules.

What is covered

Refunds are intended for normal software purchase issues: the app does not work on your supported system, the product was not what you expected, duplicate purchases, or unresolved delivery/license problems.

Product-specific requirements still matter. Product store pages list platform support, required permissions, and product-specific policy links before checkout.

What happens after approval

Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method when possible. Access to license keys, downloads, updates, or customer-portal benefits may be revoked after the refund is processed.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before filing a chargeback. Most purchase, license, download, and refund issues can be fixed directly and faster through support.
