These terms cover your purchase and use of Minigami, the macOS app from Film Grain Brain LLC. By installing or using it, you agree to them.

Your license

Buying Minigami is a one-time purchase that grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on the Macs you own or control. There is no subscription. Updates for the current major version are included.

What you may not do

Please don't resell, redistribute, sublicense, or rent Minigami, and don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract its source or assets except where that right cannot be limited by law. The Minigami name, artwork, animations, and code remain the property of Film Grain Brain LLC.

Requirements

Minigami needs macOS 14 or later on Apple Silicon and the Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions described in our Privacy Policy. Without those permissions the app cannot perform its core function.

Refunds

Minigami comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't for you, email contact@filmgrainbrain.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you, no hard feelings. Purchases made through a third-party store may also be subject to that store's refund policy.

No warranty

Minigami is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it stable and delightful, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free on every system.

If you do run into a bug, please tell us so we can fix it quickly. Email contact@filmgrainbrain.com with a clear description of what happened, the steps that led up to it, and a screenshot or two if you can. The more detail you send, the faster we can track it down.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Film Grain Brain LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of Minigami. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
