These terms cover your use of Minigami, the macOS app from Film Grain Brain LLC. The Film Grain Brain website offers Minigami through a hosted checkout. If you obtain a license through an authorized store, installing or using the app means you agree to these terms.
An authorized purchase of Minigami grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on the Macs you own or control. There is no subscription. Updates for the current major version are included unless the applicable product terms say otherwise.
Please don't resell, redistribute, sublicense, or rent Minigami, and don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract its source or assets except where that right cannot be limited by law. The Minigami name, artwork, animations, and code remain the property of Film Grain Brain LLC.
Minigami needs macOS 14 or later on Apple Silicon and the Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions described in our Privacy Policy. Without those permissions the app cannot perform its core function.
If you obtain Minigami through an authorized purchase, the general Film Grain Brain Refund Policy provides a 14-day refund path unless the checkout or product terms say otherwise. If it isn't for you, email FGBSupport@proton.me within 14 days of purchase with the product and order details. Purchases made through a third-party store may also be subject to that store's terms and refund process.
Minigami is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it stable and delightful, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free on every system.
If you do run into a bug, please tell us so we can fix it quickly. Email FGBSupport@proton.me with a clear description of what happened, the steps that led up to it, and a screenshot or two if you can. The more detail you send, the faster we can track it down.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Film Grain Brain LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of Minigami. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or rights that cannot be waived. Questions? Reach us at FGBSupport@proton.me.
